Prohibited Items
| Alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, cigars, vaporizers, and drugs (including but not limited to marijuana and products containing THC). We are a tobacco and smoke free facility! |
| Animals (unless deemed a service animal as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act – ADA- and in accordance with the Service Animal Policy. Must have proof of service ) |
| Artificial noisemaking devices of any kind, including but not limited to whistles, air horns, or plastic horns |
| Bags, packs, and luggage that are not in compliance with the Clear Bag Policy |
| Banners, flags, or signs larger that 22″ x 28″ in size (see Banners, Signs, and Noisemakers section for full details) |
| Bottles, cans, flasks, or coolers of any kind, shape, or size, regardless of material and regardless of empty or full |
| Full face coverings and costume masks, unless for medical or religious purpsoes will be prohibited |
| Professional cameras (detachable lenses), visit the Camera & Recording Devices section for exceptions |
| Video recording devices (I.e. GoPro), approved and credentialed media excluded |
| Tripods and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie sticks), approved and credentialed media excluded |
| Distracting and dangerous items such as frisbees, balloons, beach balls, inflatables, laser pointers, flashlights and other projectiles |
| Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or other model aircraft |
| Explosives, including but not limited to explosive materials, fireworks, components, or parts |
| Food or beverages of any kind, |
| Hazardous items including but not limited to fuels, torches, lighter fluid, chemicals, paint thinners, batteries, or aerosols |
| Laptops and tablets, along with their accessories and similar devices, are prohibited except by Facility, team, league, or performance personnel with a valid working purpose, or by media and broadcast personnel with appropriate Facility credentials |
| Wrapped gifts, packages or parcels of any kind, regardless of packaging |
| Spaceheaters |
| Sporting equipment including but not limited to basketballs, sticks, bats, skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, or other sports equipments |
| Strollers and wagons |
| Tools, razor blades, razor-type blades, box cutters, letter openers, or scissors |
| Umbrellas |
| Weapons, including but not limited to actual, toy, or replica: 1. Guns, firearms, firearm compnents/parts, ammunition, and/or gun powder 2. Knives, pocket knives, swiss army knives and multitools or any size, 3. Martial arts weapons, night sticks, nunchucks, bully clubs, bats, stunguns/tasers, self-defense sprays, mace, pepper spray, sticks or poles, 4. Any item deemed to be a weapon by designated Mountain America Center staff |
| Any item management deems a safety hazard or would diminish the guest experience, including signs or garments deemed offensive, will be removed from the premises |
