Things to know before you attend events at the Mountain America Center

1. Digital Tickets

Ticketmaster is the only verified ticket sales platform for all events at the Mountain America Center. Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com or at our physical box office during open hours and on event days. To ensure a swift entry into the venue, guests are encouraged to download the Ticketmaster app onto their mobile phone before attending an event. Once you arrive for an event, simply pull up the app and locate event tickets listed under the “My Events” tab within the app. From there our guest services staff will simply scan your barcodes on your phone and get you into the facility swiftly and efficiently.

2. Cashless Venue

We are a cashless facility: all box office, concession and merchandise stand purchases will only accept the appropriate credit or debit card forms of payment. For those that only have cash on hand, please visit one of our “cash-to-card” machines located in a variety of locations around the venue. Cash may be inserted into these kiosks and will be converted a Visa Gift Card that can be used anywhere inside or outside the venue. There is no fee to the guest!

3. Clear Bag Policy

The Mountain America Center follows a strict clear bag policy for all purses and bags intended to bring into the venue. Guests may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 14”x14”x6”. As an alternative, guests are allowed to bring in one small, non-clear clutch purse no larger than 4.5”x6” in size. Exceptions may be made for diaper bags (with child present) or bags required for medical purposes.

4. Prohibited Items

• Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, multitool knives, firearms,
guns, razor blades, explosives etc.)
• Outside food and beverage
• Tobacco and alcohol products of any kind – we are a tobacco and smoke
free facility!
• Bottles, cans or flasks regardless if empty or full
• Professional cameras or video recording devices (such as GoPros)
• Strollers and wagons
